V3 is the final brief. It supersedes V1 (cut animation) and V2 (cut becomes barber pole). The new direction: zero stock, zero barber-shop visual cues, one designed centerpiece — Alan's portrait pinned as the gravitational centre with the five disciplines arranged as instrument-readout coordinates around him. Bloomberg / private-equity-prospectus / private-bank-founder register, built on the locked Essentials brand kit (Bone / Ash / Charge / Big Shoulders / Inter Tight / JetBrains Mono).
The centerpiece. Alan's portrait pinned, five disciplines as Bloomberg-style coordinate readouts, brand-kit-native palette and type, five sections (down from seven), zero stock, zero barber-shop cues. JP Morgan tier register. Three sign-offs to fire the build.
Source-of-truth text the build reads from. Unchanged from V2. Voice-shaping per line still happens after Alan's §5 conversational pass, but the message direction is frozen.
Every Pexels reference removed. The site has ONE photo — Alan, when shot. Until then, a designed Bone-rectangle placeholder with drafting cross-hatch pattern + mono caption. Real-shoot photographer brief included. No icons, no patterns, no decoration.
"Cut becomes the pole" concept. Killed because barber-pole iconography reads as kitsch above the discount-grooming tier. V3 replaces the pole with the centerpiece portrait composition.
Original cut-only signature moment. Replaced by V2, then V3.
The three sign-offs (V3 §14): direction (centerpiece composition + portrait placeholder + constellation pillars + Bloomberg-register typography), portrait placeholder treatment (Bone rectangle + Charge hairline + drafting cross-hatch + mono caption), and brand availability (essentials.com.au domain check).
